OK hand over the morels and no one gets hurt :)

Seriously beautiful shrooms.

The chicken looks amazing and the ribs look awesome.

Yes, it is! :D

Maybe when Griff gets home (it's only 2:30 pm in AK) he'll post other pictures that'll just kill you. ;)

(Forested acreage that burned last year is likely to be good morel pickin' this year.)

Just about 20 yards out my back door Puff!! :D

Down by the crick that runs along the back of our property.

Those are wild flowers in the pic with it.

Spring Beauties and Wild Blue Phlox.
Uh......Priority Mail is real quick.
Those are jewels where I come from.
I'll be waiting by the mailbox ;)

Thanks for the kind words guys! :D

A few reasons Cappy.

They last forever.

Can be used for other things too like brining or marinating or serving.

You don't have to worry about a bone poking a hole in the foil and drying out..

2 -6" pans fit perfectly on the bottom grate of the WSM and serve the same function as foil.

Only advantage foil has is clean up, but the clean up isn't bad at all with the pans.

Been there, done that...good idea, I might give em a try.
