gonna be a fine dinner tonight. Grilled some thighs last night
with the WR Bold, and man o man, I love that stuff. I was really
surprised at the difference between the regular and the bold.
I only want the bold from now on.

Here's a rack that has been generously rubbed in Bold, going on
the minute I post this pic!!

THAT'S the way I like to see both Wolfe Rub's applied, nice and heavy!!! Looking good Cappy!!! What are you planning on saucing with?

half will be no sauce, half will be the Sonny's Sauce that you hate!!!

Boneside up in a trashcan? Hmmm...well I'm game for any
experiment that results in better q....

Got another rack in the freezer, I'll try it next time.

Jim I'm super curious how pork ribs are gonna turn out. Hurry please, I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!!!

yeah, I couldn't talk after the Panthers game.

Ribs were fantastic! I like the dry ones, but the sauce worked well
with the rub and they were my favorite! Good cook for me, ribs
were tender and juicy. Larry, the flavor of Bold is a winner!
