Spare Ribs for Dinner

Was a cold day today, but I had a hankerin fer some spare ribs... and I wanted to try out a new competition sauce recipe I made up. Ribs were good, sauce was good, but I will tweak a little bit before the season starts.

Looks like you scratched the itch! Nice looking ribs. Good looking kid too.

I agree 100% with these two statments. I like you're style.

Re: Spare Ribs for Dinner

Sure do look good enough to make me want some ribs. Cutest little taste tester I ever seen. Great job on all counts. Might as well give up on making your own sauce. Try Texas Rib Rangers Spicy with a little Texas Peppa Jelly Pineapple Hab Flavor in there to kick it up a notch. That will make you the grand prize winner.
