Was asked to review this BBQ book. Looking forward to reading it this weekend. Hungry already just checking out some of the pics

Looks good Diva! Another Paul Kirk book to add to my collection. Ardie Davis ain't no slouch either! Looking forward to the review!

Here are a couple of new releases that look promising and I've purchased:

Texas BBQ - Wyatt McSpadden and John Morthland - finally a coffee table book filled with wonderful pictures of Texas BBQ, Joints, and Pitmasters.

Big Bob Gibson's BBQ Book: Recipes and Secrets from a Legendary Barbecue Joint - Chris Lilly

Chris Lilly's first BBQ book. Available for pre-order. Available May 12th.

I couldn't wait for her to finish reading it so I went out and bought it myself. If it has Paul Kirk involved...you can bank on it being pretty good. ;)

Gave it the once over last night. Pretty nice book with some interesting recipes. They definitely cover the 4 corners of the lower 48. Some pretty interesting history of each place they visited. For $20...I'd buy it again.
