I just got these Boston butts and am going to smoke them tonight. Then I will food saver them and reheat for my beach bbq birthday party next Friday and Saturday.. this is a cell phone camera pic.... :D

Soaking in " Bock & Brown sugar" by Cookwell & company...

PS, the food to the left is RAW Oysters & Horse Radish sauce... YUM!!! :LOL:

Finally got home and got WSM to temp and all is well.. Time to crash a few hours and then eat some grits and check it again...

That has got to be the smoothest and shiniest bark that I have ever seen. :shock:

Cliff, it might be because all I used was "Bock & Brown sugar"..No rubs. It tastes awesome. I have vacuumed sealed 4 bags and will reheat it at the beach BBQ party next Saturday with apple juice and wolfe rub bold... Now I have to make 2 briskets... :shock:

Thanks yall. JB, I think thet are from S.La...They are good. I ate the whole pint Friday at work.. :D
