Smoked Turkey

I had the butcher split a turkey breast as I wanted one half for dinner and the other to freeze. Smoked it in the Traeger for one hour then kicked it up to 350º for another hour with the small half and another one and a half hours for the larger half. Removed them from the smoker at 165º internal temperature.
