I smoked three pompanos with BBQrsDelight Savory Herb smoke pellets. The fish was spiced with sea salt ,fresh cracked black pepper, & keylimes... The salsita was made of pineapple,purple onion,cilantro, lime juice & habanerro peppers... These taco-chalupas ROCKED!!!!

Sapo...great cook & vid :D I borrowed the salsita recipe last night & did some tilapia on the smoker. I even used your iron skillet/small taco shells on the gasser. Try to post some pics later on today. Wife & daughter are still braggin' on the meal ;) Thanks brother!
