JB I think is ironic. I picked up a picnic weighing about 8.79 lbs.
This will be the first I have ever attempted to cook.

Looks good. But why are you covering up all your hard work (ie. killing the flavor) with all that sauce?

Whoo Boy that sauce is soooo damm good you could eat it on ice cream,
Besides them cracklins had enough flavor to last all day "Burp"

Blue Plate BBQ sauce concentrate, Its a food service only item (not sold in stores) But can be ordered by the gallon or case here:

Its a tart thick sauce. they recomend you add 1lb brown sugar & 1/2 gallon of water per gallon of concentrate, or to taste. This way you can make it sweet or tart as you like...

One of my son's friends was eatin the sauce straight out of a bowl with a spoon
