JB I think is ironic. I picked up a picnic weighing about 8.79 lbs.
This will be the first I have ever attempted to cook. :shock:

Blue Plate BBQ sauce concentrate, Its a food service only item (not sold in stores) But can be ordered by the gallon or case here:

Its a tart thick sauce. they recomend you add 1lb brown sugar & 1/2 gallon of water per gallon of concentrate, or to taste. This way you can make it sweet or tart as you like...

One of my son's friends was eatin the sauce straight out of a bowl with a spoon
