Smoked meatball spaghetti

I have been wanting to make a smoked spaghetti sauce for awhile now.

Not so sure I like the smoke flavor in the sauce itself....

Didn't take pics of sauce on grill, but did of the meatballs

Meatballs ready to !

Jeez, I get them at costco. 100 for $20. I get about half of that back from the nice folks at the recycling shop. Btw, that looks like the best 'Skhetti in the history of the world!

I like meatball sandwiches. We dont eat much skettie since we aint Eyetalians. Know I do know some and they would say what you cooked up are Scicilian style meatballs. Which is where all the mafia folks hang out. Eyetalian meatballs are always poached in tomater sauce. I will start snagging the pans from dollar general since we have one real close to the house. I usually have to go in there to buy candy for the Little Misses. She is a Chocoholic.
