took about half of the fish I smoked the other day and crumbled it up and soaked it in some milk I softened up creamcheese and mixed up some onion, celery, parsley, worchestershire sauce, relish, lemon juice. salt pepper, and a lil cayyanne to taste. I can eat this stuff all day long :P

Looks good, Here's a simular recipe for smoked salmon,

1 block cream cheese
lemon juice
garlic Fresh! fine diced
cappers diced
chives diced
crushed black pepper

Blend & spread on melba toast with thin slices of smoked salmon on top
