Got this at a retail cabelas store http://shop.himtnjerky.com/online/produ ... 248&page=2 Almost enuf to make ya sweat but not quite...a bunch of different kinds out there. Cured for 24 hours in the fridge 8lbs gone in less then 2 days.......
