Let me guess.......Sapo, upon returning from hammerhead diving off the coast of Texas brought you some of the BEST tasting fish in the world, Grouper.......... Oh man grouper is my favorite, next to wahoo! Nice Job!

Thanks Yall, DB them grouper came from Pinchers seafood in Al. My buddie Wade brung em. They was Fresh Out Da Gulf, The only thing that was frozen was the ribs & trinity. I bought the ribs on sale a few weeks ago to freeze, ready made trinity is sold frozen down here.

Yeah I'll use Fresh Out Da Can & Box stuff, but I'll never serve store bought pre-packaged frozen food to guest's
