Smoked 4.5lb Corned Beef Brisket & 5 racks W/PICS

4.5lb Corned beef brisket --- 5 racks of baby back ribs --- 4 potatos ---- corned beef brisket pulled and made into a huge pan of corned beef hash mmmmmm



egg noodles boiled then fried lightly in a pan with hormel bacon bits a ton of garlic, a huge gob of buttah and shredded cheddar, colby and monterey jack cheesh and seasoned

Man-O-man that's some fine looking grub. I have a little corned beef left in the freezer from a brisket I smoked, I'll try and make some corned beef hash and eggs for breakfast, thanks for the inspiration.
