Skins vs. Dallas Brisket

Put this 8lb flat on at 7:30 this morning and hope to have it done by half time of the Skins vs. Dallas game tonight!

LOL, I'm sure you knew but just incase you didn't..................It's WRB.

Here's the update on the brisket. Hit 165 and into a double wrap of foil, going according to plan!
