Found a bone in 9 1/2 pounder in my freezer. Rubbed this one down with Big Ron's "Heat for your Meat" Threw him on at 3:30 this morning. Just about at 140* right now.

I'll post some more pics later. Gotta get ready to stuff some sausage!

Looking good brother! What is that you're cooking on? A UFO? A Black Jelly Bean? Looks prehistoric?

Here it is, all finished and ready for lunch tomorrow!

Big Ron's "Heat for your Meat" was the rub. After it was pulled, I sprinkled some of Big Rons regular rub into it and mixed. Goooood stuff that Big Ron!

Ok,
I have a couple of questions.

Did you foil at anytime during the cooking process ?

What temp did you take it too ?

Where did you find a bone in chuck ?

What temp did you smoke at ?

How long did it take that side of beef to cook ?

Did you inject ?

How long are you going to let it rest ?

You don't have to be to specific with your answers.

Looks great Nick! I'm glad I have one already on the cooker or I'd drive to Lawngeyeland for lunch with the Prochilo's tomorrow!
