After a weekend of cooking I didn't feel like doing much.

Took leftover ribeye, cubed it up and mixed with 50/50 Reverend Marvins Hot and Sweet Baby Rays and simmered for a bit.

Then sliced up a Bold 'Spicy' Fatty with guyerre and garlic Boars Head Pickle cubes.

Good beer food!

That's some fine eatin Larry! Did you know that the Bears also look pink on my newly broken TV??? The grass is blue and I keep tapping my foot for some reason.

Darn, now I'm watching the game and I don't have any snacks! Those look great.

(SS, you're going to have to do something about that pink TV, or you might get censured by the board. BBQ Central has standards, you know. ;)
