we just got a mac and i wanted to see if i could put a video together. thanks for letting me try it out on you all. the marinade i used was really good. i got it from paul kirk's bbq book. here it is:
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pressed garlic
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons basil leaves
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon cane sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
i cut the recipe in half for the four skewers.
