I call it a bundt meat cake, my daughter called it a meat doughnut.
Been a long few weeks here at Puff's house. I had a chance to dance in the smoke today so I kept it simple. Cooked on the ever so faithful WSM #1. Kingsford and a chunk of cherry wood. Used the sauce that the guy from LongEyeland told me about a few years back.
It was enjoyed with the last pic. 8)
Thank you Scotty Da Q, champion of the meat loff!! :D
...and the guy from LongEyeland ;)

I'll go with your daughter's description. :)

That's a good idea for cooking a meatloaf thoroughly in less time. How many pounds of meat was that?

It was about 2 1/2 lbs. (with some breadcrumbs  )
Cooked alot quicker than I thought it would. About 2 1/2 hrs. at 250* , fresh ground chuck

That hole in the middle helped that thing cook quick!
Yes it did and I'm glad. I had a limited amount of time.
