Scotty Bird

Shot this one at 9 ...oh forget it.
14lb Shady Brook 3%, but brined anyway with aromatics, oranges, onions, n apples.
Stuffed the inside with fresh of the above. Had to buy some special Wolfepics to secure the skin.




Took it down to a friends house and filled my gullet for sure!

Great looking bird, brined and stuffed mine with aromatics too, but did not come out looking nearly as good as your.

I cut the butt off and left it open to allow more smoke inside. the cavity was only about half full of oranges, n apples.
