Sausage wrapped in CHicken w/pics

Okay...flattened 4 chicken breasts....rubbed in peppercorn...layed down a bed of chopped garlic and mozzzza....two of them had shrooms....rolled em and tied em off...two of them with brown sugar n hickory bbq sauce....

Smoked !! mmmm

I guess that would be like wrapping a sausage fattie with a chicken fattie...lol im so confused.... but I think that might be my next fattie tho...roll out a sausage fattie and pound down a chicken breast and use it as a filler mmmmmm
