We had spares with corn on the cob, roasted vegetables, beer, and brownies for dessert. This was the first time I'd tried foiling the ribs during the cook, and I almost got them too soft. They firmed up pretty well during the last 30 minutes, though.

No, but by the time they were served I was too greasy to mess with the camera. ;)

I usually serve my brownies (yes, I make them) bare naked, but this time my wife topped each with a little vanilla ice cream and some chocolate syrup (and they were good). I guess she thought the ribs didn't have enough calories by themselves.
