Saturday Smoke
This past Saturday I smoked 2 x 5lb butts, some bacon wrapped chicken livers & a fatty. I smoked the butts then pulled the meat and divided it into separate bags for freezing, with gas prices the way they are I figure I can use the meat and make sandwiches at work. Sorry I forgot to take pics of the pulled meat. The bacon wrapped chicken livers turned out good but instead of spraying with apple juice, I’ll try something a little sweeter next time. This was my first time trying this and my wife and 12 year old son loved thought they were great but daughter wouldn't get near them. Basically they were remake minus the water chestnut. The fatty was of course as good as they always are. Here are some pictures of the smoke.

Hey thanks Brian. What did you do so the pictures come up and not just the links. I'll try it for next time. All You Can Upload made it so easy, bummed they are gone.

Normally I'll stuff em with some cheese, maybe add a little chopped bacon in there etc. This time I just added some Wolfe Rub and smoked it. I saved half of it and sliced it thin so I can heat it up in a pan for breakfast tomorrow.

Toby,
Take the link:
for example and highlight it with your mouse ( I added the quotation marks to display the link as just text like you see it in the editing screen.)
Then click the IMG button on the top of the screen.
You will then see the link start with
(This tells the program to display the link as a picture and not a link.)
then hit preview and your picture should display instaead of the link. When you are satisfied withthe order of the pictures and the text then click SUBMIT
Chris
