On Saturday it was raining so I moved the WSM onto the front porch. I cooked ribs and also made some red beans and rice.

Good job Toby!! Them ribs look world class. Now as concerns the red beans and rice..that way too much rice. Person should pass the beans and rice as separate units so in case some of us non coonasses might want to eat some of it..or maybe prefer cornbread with the beans as opposed to the rice. Just trying to cover all the bases here  Could also show you some tricks where you did not have to move that ECB with a fancy paint job and high price tag up on Mama's nice porch when a little thunder bumper decide to hit town. I like that plywood protective pad

Hey Toby, That looks great. What do you do in the summer when it gets hotter that hell there? Do you constantly run high temps in the summer? Just curious, if im not mistaken isnt 1000 oaks by 29 palms? Thanks.

No Thousand Oaks is in Ventura county and we're close to the ocean. It rarely gets above 100 in the summer and when it does it usually only lasts for a week or so.
