Morning all. Found a 10 pound butt on sale so decided it needed smokin. Went on at 6:30am, minion method and rubbed with Blues Hog. All I had for smoke wood was Hickory, so that’s what I’m using. Here’s a shot of the little bugger all rubbed up and ready to go. Will post more as the day goes on.

My WSM has been goin since 6:30 and it's now 7:11 and the temp on the butt is 185. Gonna pull her off at 190, wrap in foil and let it sit for a spell. I'll drink a bunch O beer then I'll pull it. It's just me and the boy tonight so we're watchin war movies, eatin ribs and bonding. Pics will come tomorrow.

Blues Hog....Love it ! I ordered a case of the sauce 50/50 Orig and TR.

If you haven't tried BH...give it a shot. I ordered direct from the MFG. Most people order from a well known vendor (who shall remain nameless) who sells the stuff ...but his shipping prices are outrageous!
