I'm doing ribs today. I also hoisted the canopy I bought over a year ago because we are suppose to get some showers this afternoon. I'll move the canopy over the smoker if it starts to rain. I used yellow mustard and TexasBBQRub on two of the slabs and just salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little chili powder (the kid's slab) on the third slab. Here are the pictures.

 
Looks good. I hope we don't get the kind of thunderstorms we've had for the past few days, or your canopy may move by itself. :D
 
I decided to also make some ABTs. I used cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and Jimmy Dean's regular breakfast sausage.

I also did a pot of Baked Beans.

The ribs were good but a little dry. Here are the pictures.
