Had some friends over for football, grub, and beers so no plated pics this was a free for all. Had to split the batch of chili, and make a meatless version for some of the wife's vegetarian friends. not sure it's still really chili, but it wasn't bad.

Great looking cook!!! Vegetarian dishes are quite popular around here. I have had some vegetarian chilis and some of them are really good actually.

Awesome! Did anyone ask where you get fresh Ain't these days?
It was pretty much my same smoked chili recipe, except I added some black beans, corn, and butternut squash to replace the meat. And some fresh Ain't!
