Ribs, salmon, and chili

Had some friends over for football, grub, and beers so no plated pics this was a free for all. Had to split the batch of chili, and make a meatless version for some of the wife's vegetarian friends. not sure it's still really chili, but it wasn't bad.

Not a popular thing around here to talk vegetarian, but you know I have found some pretty good stuff too. It all looks like good game day grub!

Great looking cook!!! Vegetarian dishes are quite popular around here. I have had some vegetarian chilis and some of them are really good actually.

It was pretty much my same smoked chili recipe, except I added some black beans, corn, and butternut squash to replace the meat. And some fresh Ain't!
