Tuff cook from the start. The humidity in the air and the lack of wind made even starting the fire a chore, constant attention for about an hour and a half to get it going. Then the rain came.

Glad I had a few of these around! :P

Wife likes her ribs plain. I used some spicey rub on mine. Made some blueberry bread and weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

And some fine lookin' babybacks at that!
Nice job GH ;)
One thing to keep in mind.........the rain at your place doesn't freeze and turn to snow like up here

Who is this John Pen you speak of..Didn't he used to hang with a guy name Finney or something?
GH the dinner looks great nice job in spite of the conditions...

Didn't that JP guy show up at OinkFest one year, don't suppose he's coming this year.

Looking good GH, as the man said "When the going gets tough, the tough get going". BTW, what's this snow stuff they keep talking about? :P
