Ribs in the Rain

Tuff cook from the start. The humidity in the air and the lack of wind made even starting the fire a chore, constant attention for about an hour and a half to get it going. Then the rain came.

Glad I had a few of these around! :P

Wife likes her ribs plain. I used some spicey rub on mine. Made some blueberry bread and weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

One thing to keep in mind.........the rain at your place doesn't freeze and turn to snow like up here
