Ribs for the shift

Well, it started out with me just cleaning the "departments gasser" the other day. I ordered some replacement parts for it and degreased it. Then it was, "hey, lets do a cook out for Labor day". Then it was, "lets buy some ribs and put them on the grill "gasser" :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: .

I couldn't let them do it so I said that I would pull my smoker in and do the ribs on it. 18 Brats for lunch, 9 racks of ribs, 36 ABT's and some hot dogs for dinner. Everyone brought a passing dish to HQ and we had one great shift party, minus the beer. I took a pic with my Capts digital so I will post when he emails me.
