Mar, they cooked for around 4 to 5 hours.. I took a nap half way through thanks to the WSM.. That Fork and Halo BBQ Sauce is really good. Who owns that company from here?

They have a special on meaty beef ribs down here $1.99 a lb. I bought 3 rack's & froze em. I still got a cooked frozen rack of them super meaty ribs from a week ago.
