Did some ribs and chicken for supper last night. I tried a couple of new items.

Smaller rack of ribs was rubbed with Tx BBQ Wild and glazed with Pineapple-Habanaro TPJ. That stuff is pretty good. It tasted good on a biscuit.

Larger rack was rubbed with a home brew.

The chicken was rubbed wth Plowboy's Yard Bird. Very good also.

You have WR recipes and you still use TXBBQ Rub?

Just kidding, the ribs look great! What happened to that one rack, did it shrink real bad or is that just the angle of the pic!

BTW, I haven't forgotten I owe you something, but the store has been out of it.

The spares were not the most meaty that I have had. They were pulled back over a 1/2" after only a couple of hours. I smoked them for 5 hours with no foil at 250 but I admit that the uds ran hot this time. I had a couple of 300 deg spikes from taking the lid off that did not correct very fast.
