Ribs and ABTS

Ribs are trimmed and rubbed with Wolfe Rub Original and the trimmings are rubbed with The Slabs Perk Up Your Pork rub just to see what it tastes like after it's cooked. I've had it for over a year and finally decided to try it out.

I stuffed the ABT's with leftover chopped up London Broil from Friday night and cream cheese and a healthy dose of Wolfe Rub Bold. Making use of leftovers and trying something different.

I'll post more pic's later!

Larry, are those peppers cut in half or do you cut the top off and core it out and inject the stuffing?

They're halved length wise. I have been thinking about coring and injecting, might try that soon.

I think it's easier injecting with the top cut off.

To be honest I haven't tried it yet. I used it on the trimmings and finished the last part of the ribs yesterday. I'm having the trimmings for lunch today and I'll let you know.
