Ribs and ABT's

ABT's were stuffed with cream cheese and cheddar cheese and seasoned with WRO. Ribs seasoned with WRO then glazed with a Szecret Rib Szauce! Pretty tasty! ;)

 
Looks great as usual, Larry. I'm going to have to practice a lot more before my sliced ribs will look anywhere near that good.

Certainly not an ignorant question at all...

I cook ABT's indirect around 250* until the bacon is rendered and golden brown. They normally take about an hour and a half to two hours.
