ribs and a jumbo fatty

A little early in the week rib cook…the weather here was supposed to be nice today but it has been anything but…I’ve dealt with wind and rain most of the day….at one point the rain was coming down sideways….
I’ve got a few racks of ribs on and one Jumbo size Fatty…
