Ribs, ABT's on kettle with smokenator

It's the first time i'm doing ribs on the kettle. The Smokenator worked pretty well for it's maiden voyage but i blew it and undercooked everything. I had them on for 4+ hours but it coulda used another solid 1 1/2 hours or so. Even the ABT's were rubbery (first time cooking them). I still haven't cooked my ribs to the way i like em but i'll keep trying.

first of all, you got tricked by some pretty thick bones.
regular probably would have come out perfect.

Second, no on this board started off cooking perfectly.
Practice makes perfect, and the road to pitmaster
is a fun one!
