Ribs

Just pulled the ribs off the cooker! All was good but the lack of smoke ring, but they ate good! ;D I glazed them with Sauce King of Chicago Sauce mixed with TPJ Passion Hab and WRO.

Sauce King makes for a good rib glaze...that's what I use too...they look like some good bones, Larry!

They look good enough to eat.

I know the oval is a great cooker and all but I bet you still need wood for a smoke ring.

Cliff I used the same amount of wood I use in the WSM. I'm pretty sure it's the apple wood I've been using. I noticed the lack of smoke ring when using it on the WSM as well. Don't have this problem when I use my favorite, hickory. We'll see today when I cook the brisket.

I always find a cherry/hickory mix gives me the best smokering.
