I was in Restaurant Depot, and these things jumped onto my cart :?

I've never seen beef ribs like this before, but if I do again, I'll definately try them once again.

Yes. The package called them "Beef Back Ribs"

They are the bones that are cut off of a standing rib roast to give you a prime rib.
