My Mom and youngest son are in town and we decided to invite over some friends. Here's the 12 racks of BBs that are about to go on the WSMs. Note the Polar rub. My son wanted some extras to take home to Seattle tomorrow.




I just got everything started. 8 racks are flat on the big WSM and 4 are in racks on the small WSM.

This pic has Grandma's potato salad, mixed grilled veggies, the ribs, and some beans a friend brought.
