Rib Trimmings

How long should the trimmings from spares take to be done when cooked along side the ribs ?

Should one foil the trimmings ?

I think cooked the last ones way to long.

A couple of hours Cliff, maybe a little more, but not much. 2 1/2 tops. I usually don't foil the trimmings.
