Rib cook off

I'm doing 6 racks of ribs today with 3 different rubs. Trying the rubs for a neighborhood comp. later on this summer. Here's a few pics for now, iI'll post more later. ( I know Cappy, it is later)

It seems the big rub winner was Texas BBQ rub, Wolfe and then Romano. Seems Romano needs some work, but hey I just threw it together real quick this morning with only a couple of hours of sleep. It has a good base to start with.

The good rack was from Williams Sonoma, the other was tossed in the garbage today.

I did a similar test last year with 5 different briskets. I believe TxBBQRub just beat out the Wolfe Rub. I also had Butt Rub, FatZ FU$$N rub, and my own blend.
