It seems the big rub winner was Texas BBQ rub, Wolfe and then Romano. Seems Romano needs some work, but hey I just threw it together real quick this morning with only a couple of hours of sleep. It has a good base to start with.

I did a similar test last year with 5 different briskets. I believe TxBBQRub just beat out the Wolfe Rub. I also had Butt Rub, FatZ FU$$N rub, and my own blend.
