reheating ribs

Or, if you have saved them in the refridge from the night before, I heat the oven to 375* and wrap in aluminum foil for about 20 minutes or do...depending on how much you have left to re-heat.
 
I like to reheat them in the oven around 350 until they are warm. Then Ill finish them off on the gasser with some more sauce.

ok i have 3 slabs in a pan from last night, ill do the oven thing, should i add any liquid to it?
 
I may catch some flack for this but I just put them on a plate, uncut, and nuked them in the microwave. They seemed just fine to me. Although the beef ribs came out a little dry.

I'll use the microwave for leftovers, but I do 'em on the defrost setting (3) and check 'em after a minute. A four-bone section of St Louis spares took 1:35 yesterday. Warmed through is all I'm going for.
