glad everything worked out...looks really good. the foodsaver thing should work pretty well for ya. I have vac'd them up, taken them on a plane then set them in the hotel sink and poured hot water from the coffee make on them until they were warm enough to eat, not a perfect way to cook but when you want a taste of home it works.

Looks good to me.

I am told that ribs seem to loose some flavor even if the foodsaver bags.
