Rainy Day Bird

Nothing like the pouring rain hitting the AC unit at 6:00am to remind you to get up and get that 15lb bird on the smoker.

46* and rain ah the wonderfull fall weather.
The plan is to serve the bird with some Cornbread Stuffing, Greens (I did up the other day) Sweet Taters and a Pumpkin Pie for dessert.

Just me the wife and kids. The way the boys eat.....I'm hoping there will be turkey for sammies later in the week.

After a little rest it will just in time for GAME TIME…at least I can have a good meal watching the Bills…
