Quing for some Coworkers

I extended the offer to a few coworkers to smoke some food for them and this is what happened. 6 Briskets, 2 Pork Butts, 4 slabs Baby Back Ribs, 2 slabs St. Louis style baby backs, 12 Chicken Lollipops, 6 Pork Chops and 1 whole Chicken. It was a lot of work, I enjoyed it!

Thanks. Yes, the pork chops were smoked. Not sure how these turned out taste wise as they were for a coworker and he hasn't ate them yet (they're in his freezer), but they looked great. I've smoked pork chops many times and always enjoy them. My dad is smoking some rib chops up for Father's Day! We got him a smoker (22.5" WSM) last year for Father's Day. He seems to be enjoying himself!

I have always grilled pork chops. I'll have to try smoking some, thanks for the info.

The brisket turned out good. I let them cool overnight in the fridge and then sliced them the next morning. I didn't take pics of the sliced product. :oops: I took three briskets in to work for a food day and my boss, who has also judged a bbq comp and had my food before, said it was the best I'd made yet.

I did get a pic of the burnt ends though. They were delicious!!!
