Quick turkey question

I did a search and did'nt find a quick answer, so being lazy.....

Whats the general thoughts on finished temps on a turkey...I found 170 on the breast and 180 in the thigh..agree ? My plan is to take it out when its done, foil it and hold it in the Carlisle till dinner time...thoughts ?
 
John, those are about the same numbers I go by. I might shoot for 165* in the breast but I usually pull the bird when I can "wiggle" the leg joint.
