Pure Carnivorous Pleasure

Couldn't let today's beautiful weather go by without firing up the smoker. Cooked using RO lump and hickory. Started with meatloaf:

Everybody in the bowl..

After I made the loaf I had extra so I thought why not...

Then there was extra cut off pieces of bacon so the loaf got a bonus...

Decided to throw on some smoked sausage and a chub of maple flavored BE along the way...

Came out pretty good nothing left to do but eat.....

Stuffed myself! I should be ashamed but I'm not.

I didn't throw it on until near the end and was running pretty much just on lump by then. I don't know if you can tell from the pic but the smoked sausage had just been thrown on and everything else had already been at it awhile.

I agree with Larry. I am pretty sure my heart skipped. Skipped with joy but skipped all the same.
