I decided to pull out my 18" Weber today to do a rack of spares. Rubbed them down with Big Ron's Rub and here is the progress so far. about 1/2 way there and I am making my own BBQ sauce and will slather them up before serving. I will keep posting pics through out the cook

Time to wrap them, meat pulling away from the bone and nice coloring. They also look very juicy, so far I am pleased. Time to make the sauce.

Made a homemade BBQ sauce and sauced them. Looking good and the taste awsome, never buying BBQ sauce again, this is my first attempt at my own BBQ sauce and I really like it, goes great with the ribs!
Thanks for checking my Sunday Rib cook out and thanks for the compliments also. Order some rub please, just had another baby and can use the extra $$
