Well the warden is messing around with a 4 pounder rolled up version as we speak. Now if I went and tried to take that away from her to cook on the pit she would prob think I had went nuts and wind up calling the po po's on me. Sides I stay way too busy for such foolishness.

I like to marinate a chuck roast for about 4 hrs or so and then grill over direct high heat just like a Tri-Tip man that's good stuff.......
