Pulled Chicken

I am usually a lurker but I did cook today and can prove it.

Two birds from Sam's Club with woosty and WRO.

On the WSM with some cherry wood.

Ready to rest.

Pulled.

Plated with some SBR, Pasta salad on the side and chips. Yum.

Great looking bird.

Keep that WR bottle. It will be a collectors item in a very short time.
